Policies & Procedures (Please read carefully before reserving.)

  • It is our expectation, without exception, that every client be on time for their scheduled appointment. In the unfortunate event that a client is more than 5 minutes late, we CAN'T guarantee service. IF the client is serviced after being more than 5 minutes late they will be subject to a late fee of DOUBLE THE SERVICE COST, WHICH MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE SERVICE STARTS. Additionally, in the event that a client is not serviced due to lack of promptness, their deposit can’t be refunded or transferred. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU PLAN AHEAD FOR TRAFFIC AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT MAY HINDER YOU FROM BEING ON TIME; WEATHER, FLAT TIRE, CAR TROUBLE, CANCELLED BABYSITTER, ETC. We value your time and the client that is after you; please give us the same courtesy. NO EXCEPTIONS OR EXCUSES. BE ON TIME.

  • Although the start time of your appointment is definite, the duration of your appointment is approximate.

  • A deposit is required to schedule most services and will be deducted from the final service total. The deposit varies depending on the service. Some services require full payment. Invoices require full payment. Without exception, all deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If local and/or state government force us to temporarily close, we will reschedule your appointment up to 6 months. Absolutely no refunds.

    We prefer cash for your balance due. We also accept Apple Pay and Zelle.

  • Without exception, refunds can’t be granted for any payments, invoices, custom orders, and/or subscriptions. If local and/or state government force us to temporarily close, we will reschedule your appointment up to 6 months. Absolutely no refunds.

  • Parking around the salon can be tricky, so please pay close attention to all parking signs and rules to avoid any issues. Paid parking is available on the street and in various nearby parking garages, but availability may be limited depending on the time of day. To make your visit stress-free, we highly recommend using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. If you plan to drive, please allow extra time to find parking and plan accordingly.   • It is our expectation, without exception, that every client maintains their scheduled reservation date and time. In the unfortunate event that a client is a no show, we can’t guarantee service and/or a reschedule. Additionally, in the event that a client is not serviced and/or rescheduled due to their non-arrival, their deposit can’t be refunded or transferred. Unfortunately, reschedules, for any reason, are not guaranteed. If a reschedule is granted, a fee of $175 will be assessed and is due, immediately. If local and/or state government force us to temporarily close, we will reschedule your appointment up to 6 months without a fee. Absolutely no refunds.

  • These reservations can’t be cancelled or modified. No shows for Saturday/Sunday reservations will be fully charged to the payment form on file. Absolutely no refunds.

  • Shampoo and blow-dry is included in all services. However, your hair must be fully detangled/un-matted before your arrival. Take downs are not included with service but can be selected as an add-on service during checkout. Hair that is freshly unbraided must be detangled/un-matted. If your hair is tangled or matted your service is not guaranteed. In the event that you are not serviced your deposit is non refundable. In the event that you are serviced, your will be charged $150 per hour, pro-rated, to detangle your hair.

    Those with EXTREMELY THICK HAIR will be charged an additional fee. This fee varies. If you are unsure if you fit in this category, please send us a picture BEFORE you reserve your spot.

  • We understand that you may need to be on your phone while you are in the salon. Please be advised that the use of the speakerphone is not allowed. If the person you are talking to can be heard by the stylist or anyone in the salon you must end the call. Please refrain from using profanity.

  • If it is at all possible, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment.

    We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.

    No children and/or additional patrons allowed without an appointment or being serviced.

    It is your responsibility to inform us of any customization instructions at least two weeks before your reservation.

    By scheduling, you hereby grant Justin Revenge permission to use your likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

    You understand and agree that all photos will become the property of Justin Revenge and will not be returned or sent to you.

    You hereby irrevocably authorize Justin Revenge to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.

    You hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Justin Revenge from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

    Public, street parking is available. Please pay attention to all posted signage including street cleaning and temporary postings.

    WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPDATE THESE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

    WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY APPOINTMENT FOR ANY REASON.

    WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
